Request important documents like your welcome letter, loan repayment schedule, or no objection certificate post-closure. The app streamlines what once required multiple phone calls or office visits into a few simple taps.

Pay your EMIs whenever and however you prefer. Choose from online payment options including wallets and net banking, or use offline payment centres. Need to pay an advance EMI or foreclose your loan early? Complete the request directly through the app. Manage your payment mandate with ease—register a new one or switch to a different option as your banking needs change. For two-wheeler and used car loan holders, update asset details right from your phone.

Existing customers can now apply for a Loyalty Personal Loan up to ₹2.5 lakh directly in the app, subject to your credit score. The entire onboarding process is digital—select your loan amount and tenure, choose optional insurance, complete face verification and address validation, link your bank account, and sign electronically. No paperwork, no delays.
